1. What are your operating hours?

   - Our live chat is open from 7am - 11pm every day. Our customer care phone lines are open from 8am-4:30pm Monday - Saturday and 8am-12pm on Sundays. We deliver 7 days a week offering morning, afternoon and evening deliveries on all days. 

2. Do you offer custom cake designs?

   - Yes, depending on the design, we offer a custom cake service. Please send us a photo of what you would like and we will do our best to assist. Alternatively, contact us with your ideas and we’ll work with you to create the perfect cake.

3. How far in advance should I place my order?

   - We specialise in same day cake delivery and next day cake delivery services. We always advise booking in advance where possible as we do sometimes get fully booked. Time-slot availability is visible on each product page. For custom orders, we need at least 2 days notice to deliver any design that is not on our site. 

4. Do you offer same day cake delivery?

  - Yes. Same day cake delivery is at the very core of what we do. We understand how busy life can get and will always be here to cater for last minute cake orders.

5. What types of cakes do you offer?

  - We offer a variety of cakes, including birthday cakes, small wedding cakes, cupcakes, and seasonal specialties.

6. Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

   - Yes, we have gluten-free and vegan cakes available, you will need to contact us directly as least 2 days in advance to secure a delivery for a gluten free of vegan option.

7. Are your cakes Halal?

  - Yes,  our cakes are suitable for the Halal Diet. All our ingredients are vegeterian and we do not use any alcohol in our products

8. How can I place an order?

   - You can place an order through our website, by phone, or by via our live chat.

9. Do you offer delivery services?

   - Yes, we offer delivery within London and surrounding areas . Delivery fees apply to all orders.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

   - Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. A cancellation/administrative fee will apply. Custom cake orders may have different cancellation policies depending on the design, so please inquire when placing your order.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?

 - You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Card, UNIONPAY, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, KLARNA or Google Pay.

12. What is the price range of your cakes? 

  - Our cakes range from £32- £250. Price is usually determined by the size and/or style of your cake.

 -  We have a few delicious flavour options for you to choose from, including: Strawberry (strawberry cake, strawberry filling)🍓, Victoria (Vanilla, cream, Jam), Vanilla Vanilla (Vanilla no Jam) 🍰, Double Chocolate, Duo (Combination of Vanilla & Chocolate), Black forest (Chocolate, Cherry), Salted Caramel, Banana Caramel, Caramel Cappuccino, Matcha (Green Tea), Red Velvet, Lemon Drizzle and Lemon Blueberry.
